The Santa Experience 2026.

What is The Santa Experience?

It is a unique photoshoot experience here at our Chester le Street studio.  We work with the wonderful The Signing Santa, who you see in our pictures here.  He exclusively only works with Infinity Photographic Studios. This years Santa Experience will take place November 21st and 22nd

Your session lasts around 20 minutes with Santa. He will interact with your child, talk to them about Christmas and what they are hoping for from Santa.  In the run up to the event we will contact you to learn more about your child so Santa knows lots about them before they arrive.  Each child is given a quality age appropriate present from Santa.  We find this creates a unique experience for your children and allows to create some very special images.

Who can attend?

We have had attendees from just a few weeks old up until adults that still believe.  This is a fully inclusive experience, Santa is able to communicate in Makaton sign language so no child needs to miss out on being able to ask Santa for what they want.  If your child has any additional needs, please pop some details in the form below so we are prepared for your visit.  All we ask is that you think about how your child might react to Santa, you know your child best.  It can be an overwhelming experience for younger children.

The sessions are primarily aimed at children of any age who are still believers.  Parents are welcome to join the session for a few images should they want to.

How much does it cost?

The Experience itself is just £40, this includes the time with Santa and a lovely present for them to take home.  We also make sure that the experience is personal to each child.  Additional children can be added to the experience for just £10 which covers the cost of their gift, up to a maximum of 3 children.

The session fee does not include images, these can be purchased separately at your ordering appointment a week or so after the event.  Further details are in our FAQ’s below.

How do I book?

Simply put your details into the form below.  You will then be transported to our live diary where you can book your slot.  If you do not book then one of the team will call you in the coming days to help you with your booking.

The Santa Experience costs £40 for the photoshoot and experience itself, this includes a bespoke session with Santa and an age appropriate gift for your child.  Additional children cost just £10 which covers the cost of their gift.  No photographs or products are included in this price.

You will receive a full price guide after your session, although it can help to have a general idea in advance. Individual prints start from £49 and collections begin at £175. We also offer a range of bespoke framed products, albums and digital options to suit most budgets.

These sessions create truly magical images and most families choose to purchase something to display at home, although there is never any pressure to do so.

Digital only orders are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks.  Any physical products such as framed portraits are delivered within 6 weeks of order.  But we guarantee everything before Christmas.
