  1. Our lucky first prize winner will will receive a Infinity Photographic Studios family photoshoot (Worth Ā£100) at our Chester le Street Studio
  2. You will receive your photoshoot and the prize as detailed above. The prize includes the time and talent of the photographer, use of the facilities and props; it does not include any additional prints, products or digital images beyond the prize stated.
  3. A number of runners up prizes described above will also be made available.
  4. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash
  5. A Ā£40 fully refundable booking fee is paid at the time the photography shoot is reserved, this can be exchanged against products if you wish or will be refunded at your ordering session
  6. This offer/promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  7. Ā The booking fee will either be refunded in full, after you attend the design session, or can be used as ā€˜creditā€™ towards items ordered at the design session.
  8. Ā If a cancellation is made within 2 days of either the photography or ordering session the booking fee may be retained.Ā  Failure to attend either appointment will result in the booking fee being retained.
  9. Ā The company reserves the right to refuse any booking.
  10. Prize will be drawn April 1st 2025.Ā  Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of notification of your win and photoshoots are to take place by 31/07/2025
