Simplicity is key
Expressions portraits are created in a minimal black and white style, often with bare shoulders to keep the focus entirely on your child’s face.
If you’d prefer your child to wear a simple top, that’s absolutely fine. Just avoid bold patterns, bright logos or busy prints so their personality shines through.
Sessions suit children from around 8 months (sitting unaided) up to 5 years old.

Your questions
What if my child is shy or won’t sit still?
No problem at all. We work at your child’s pace, and with years of experience photographing children we know how to capture natural moments even when little ones are restless.
Can siblings be photographed together?
Expressions sessions are for one child at a time. If you’d like portraits of siblings together, let us know and we’ll advise on the best option.
What if my child is unwell?
Just get in touch and we’ll do our best to reschedule, subject to availability.
Do I have to buy anything else?
No. Your £99 session includes one print and the matching digital. Many families choose to add prints, wall art or digital images, but there’s no pressure. Spread the cost over up to 12 months, interest free, with PayItMonthly on qualifying orders.
When are sessions available?
Sessions currently run on Fridays between 9.30am and 2.30pm. Places are limited, so book early.
