Made for sharing
The Cover Star Experience is a photoshoot built for how teenagers actually use their photos: online. No wall frames or albums, just standout images for their profiles, their stories and their feed.
We focus on quality over quantity. Across the shoot we create three different looks, with bold studio lighting and plenty of guidance, so every image feels confident, natural and completely them.
On the day, we’ll send a preview of their images straight to their phone, ready to post before they’ve even got home.
And the finishing touch: their favourite image becomes their very own magazine cover, with their name on the front.
how it works
Your cover star day

Come camera ready
We’ll send you a style guide before the day. Arrive with your hair and make-up done and half a dozen outfits you love. We don’t offer makeovers, so this is your chance to bring your own style.

Three looks
A relaxed shoot in our Chester-le-Street studio. We’ll work through three different looks and styles in your session, guiding every pose.

Share it the same day
We’ll send a preview of your images on the day, so you can share them straight away.

Your viewing
Come back to see the full set and choose your favourites, with a choice of packages to suit what you want.

Your questions
Who is it for?
Teenagers, especially around the big birthdays: 16, 18 and 21. Younger teens are welcome too.
How much will it cost?
We expect the photoshoot to be around £250. Everyone on the interest list hears the final price and dates first.
Is hair and make-up included?
No. Please come ready, with your hair and make-up done the way you like it. That way your photos look like you.
What should I bring?
We’ll send you a style guide before your shoot. Bring half a dozen or so outfits that suit you, and on the day we’ll pick the best two or three to work with.
Can I bring something personal?
Yes, please do. If there’s something that’s a big part of who you are, like your guitar, your football boots or your favourite camera, bring it along and we’ll work it into your shoot.
Do I get a magazine cover?
Yes. Your favourite image becomes your own personalised magazine cover, made to share.
When do I get my photos?
We’ll send you a preview on the day of your shoot to share online. You’ll then come back for a viewing to see the full set and choose your package.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. We guide every pose and expression, so you can relax and enjoy it.
